I think I may have a problem with gambling, what can I do?
For most people gambling is fun and entertaining but we also realise that gambling can be addictive and there is a risk you could develop an addiction. For a minority of gamblers, it becomes problematic once they spend more time and money than they can afford on gambling.
How can I get my gambling under control?
- Talk about it. Talk to someone you trust - your family or a friend. If that does not feel right for you, then please call professional support for confidential advice, if you contact us we recommend you to some as well.
- Take breaks, long or short, whatever you need. Just having some time away from games and bets can help you to see things differently.
- Set appropriate limits. Set yourself a limit on how much money and time you can afford to spend and stick to it.
- Request Self-exclusion. If you find yourself not be able to control your gambling, organize a period of longer statutory break, known as a self-exclusion. It’s simple and easy to place, you can do so yourself or we can place it for you. This would stop you from being able to gamble with us until the self-exclusion is over and then the account could only be reinstated with a positive return. For more information about our self-exclusions please contact our support or find more information on the responsible gambling tab here; https://energybet.com/en/terms-and-conditions/responsible-gaming
How can I self exclude?
Go to the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section and you’ll find a ‘Self-exclusion’ tab. You can self-exclude by selecting the ‘Block my account’ button.
What happens when my self-exclusion period is up?
INT: Your account will automatically unblock when any self-exclusion period expires.
UK: Unless you specifically choose not to renew your self-exclusion, it will remain in place for another 6 months. If you do choose not to renew it, you will be given a one day cooling-off period before you are able to access our gambling services.
Can I cancel my self-exclusion?
INT: If you are really sure that you want to cancel your self-exclusion, you can contact our support to take a positive action to gamble again. You will be given 7 days cooling off period before you can access gambling facilities.
UK: You won’t be able to cancel your statutory self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period.
